These regulations are the state administrative tribunal amendment regulations (no. 3) 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the state administrative tribunal regulations 2004. In schedule 6 after the item relating to the pawnbrokers and second-hand dealers act 1994 insert: public health act 2016 s. 109(1) or (2), 127(1), 141c(3), 163(2), 194(2), 207 or 265.
