In the estate of Shane Dee Smith late of 41 Beata Court, Hay in the State of Western Australia, Fisherman, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12/05/2025, are required by the executor, Annette Stock, c/- HFM Legal, 55 Strickland Street, Denmark WA 6333, to send particulars of their claims to her at HFM Legal of 55 Strickland Street, Denmark WA 6333, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
