In the matter of the estate of Gordon Brian Speechly, late of 22 Bedwell Crescent, Booragoon, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 8th day of July 2021, are required by the personal representative, Maria Eva Ann Speechly, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco, in the state of Western Australia, by the 26th day of April 2022, after which date the said personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
