Declares vessels listed in Schedule 1 to be emergency vessels, with specifications in Schedule 2. Exempts vessels listed in Schedule 1 from notices made under section 66 (Closure of navigable waters) and section 67 (Limiting speed of vessels) of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, subject to conditions in Schedule 3. Revokes previous instrument NWR-2016-201345 dated 8/6/2016.
