In the estate of Ian Victor Walters who died on 9 November 2023, of 124 Lawrence Street, Bedford, Western Australia. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Administrator of the deceased’s estate being Sharyn Jaye Clarke, care of Lark Lawyers, Ref—7785, of po box 510, leederville, western australia, 6903, to send particulars of their claims to her by 30 september 2024, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the administrator then has notice.
