Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Dampier Climbing Men Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The boundary of the Dampier Climbing Men protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 426238 and the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 426239. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area.
