Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The name of the protected area is Burrup Peninsula North Area. The boundary consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 426237. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area.
