Notice Text

Under regulation 61 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013, the Quarantine Area Notice titled “Quarantine Area Notice—Perth Metropolitan Local Government Authority Boundaries—Polyphagous shot-hole borer (Euwallacea fornicatus)” published in Gazette No. 111 on 6 September 2024 is revoked and replaced. The area within the boundaries of the local government authorities described, being the whole of the Perth metropolitan region, is declared to constitute a quarantine area until 11.59pm on 31 December 2026.
