These regulations are the swan and canning rivers management amendment regulations 2021. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the swan valley planning act 2020 section 7 comes into operation. These regulations amend the swan and canning rivers management regulations 2007. Local planning scheme includes the swan valley planning scheme in force under the swan valley planning act 2020.
