Attorney general regulations amendment (swan valley planning scheme) regulations 2021 made by the governor in executive council. Part 1 deals with preliminary matters including citation and commencement. Part 2 amends the freedom of information regulations 1993, replacing 'swan valley planning committee' with 'swan valley strategic leadership group'. Part 3 amends the state administrative tribunal regulations 2004 regarding review applications.
