These regulations are the biosecurity and agriculture management amendment regulations 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the swan valley planning act 2020 section 7 comes into operation. These regulations amend the biosecurity and agriculture management regulations 2013.
