Made by the Chief Medical Officer, pursuant to section 67(5) of the Schedule of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia). This determination may be cited as the Medical (Area of Need) Determination (No. 11) 2018. This determination comes into operation on the 23 June 2018. The area of need specified in the Schedule is determined to be an area of need. This determination expires on the 31 December 2019.
