The Western Australian Planning Commission makes the following Improvement Scheme under the powers conferred by the Planning and Development Act 2005. The purposes of this Scheme are to set out the Commissionβs planning aims and intentions for the Improvement Scheme area, facilitate the development of the site in a coordinated manner, set aside land as local reserves for public purposes, zone land within the Scheme area, control and guide development, set out procedures for the assessment and determination of development applications, and make provision for the administration and enforcement of this Scheme.
