In the matter of the estate of Lesley Joy Derksen, late of 4 Yanagin Crescent, City Beach, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 September 2024, are required by the executor Joanne Maree Agnew, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco, in the state of Western Australia, by 16 December 2024, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
