Amends the Agriculture and Food Regulations regarding veterinary practice, replacing references to 'veterinary surgeon' with 'veterinarian' in various regulations under the Animal Welfare Act 2002, Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, and Veterinary Chemical Control and Animal Feeding Stuffs Act 1976.
