I, Rick Fletcher, Executive Director, Fisheries and Agriculture Resource of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, pursuant to clause 27 of the West Coast Deep Sea Crustacean Managed Fishery Management Plan 2012, hereby revoke the previous Notice published in the Government Gazette No. 113 of 29 July 2014 and nominate the listed persons as approved processors in respect of champagne crabs, crystal crabs, giant crabs and by-catch taken in the West Coast Deep Sea Crustacean Managed Fishery.

Declares specific organisms including Acacia mountfordiae and Theobroma grandiflorum as permitted under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, revoking previous declarations.
Cancels previous notice and outlines prohibited areas and times for prawn fishing in the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery until October 2026.
Prohibits prawn fishing in specified areas and times within the Shark Bay Prawn Managed Fishery, and permits gear trialling.
Prohibits prawn fishing in specified areas within the Kimberley Prawn Managed Fishery.
