In the estate of Ludwig Andreas Buttler late of 8 Blue Wren Lane, Denmark in the State of Western Australia, Retired, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 31 January 2024, are required by the executor, Jill Rule of 12B Rushton Street, Denmark in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to HFM Legal of PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
