I, Rick Fletcher, Executive Director, Fisheries and Agricultural Resource Management of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, in accordance with clause 9 of the Nickol Bay Prawn Managed Fishery Management Plan 1991 (the Plan), cancel Notice No. 1 of 2017 dated 28 February 2017 and prohibit fishing for prawns in specified areas of the Fishery between specified times and dates.
