In the estate of Deanna Mary Colman late of 50 Scotsdale Road, Denmark in the State of Western Australia, Retired, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 January 2024, are required by the executors, Michael Christopher Colman of 4 Quinda Place, Margaret River in the State of Western Australia and Kevin John Colman of Lot 71 Panorama Road, Albany in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
