These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989. Changes include amendments to regulations 3A, 5C, 9D, 9EA, 9F, 10B, 14AC, 14AD, 27, Schedule 1, and Schedule 3, relating to definitions, special facility licences, prescribed licences and permits, application days, and infringement notices.
