Pursuant to regulation 76(2) of the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014, Peter Woronzow, Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport, specifies persons and bodies for the purpose of sub-regulation (1) of that regulation. This notice revokes and replaces the notice identified as RTADR–2022-205159, published in the Government Gazette on 22 May 2022.
