In the estate of John Stewart Pate late of 681 Mount Shadforth Road, Denmark in the State of Western Australia, Retired, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 July 2023, are required by the executor, Jeff Stephen Atkinson of C/: 55 Strickland Street, Denmark in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
