It is hereby notified for public information that tania lyon has been appointed an authorised officer for the city of belmont, effective from 17 july 2017, and is an officer authorised to exercise the powers in accordance with the following acts, regulations and local laws— local government act 1995— control of vehicles (off-road areas) act 1978 and regulations— litter act 1979 and regulations— dog act 1976 and regulations— cat act 2011 and regulations— local government (parking for people with disabilities) regulations 2014— city of belmont local laws relating to parking and parking facilities— city of belmont local laws relating to dogs— all other council local laws or regulations administered or enforced by the city of belmont.
