Notice is hereby given for public information that Erika Elizabeth Brown has been appointed by Council as an Authorised Officer for the City of Nedlands pursuant to various sections of the Local Government Act 1995, Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960, Dog Act 1976, Cat Act 2011, Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Act 1978, Litter Act 1979, Bush Fires Act 1954, Local Government (Uniform Local Provisions) Regulations 1996, Tobacco Products Control Act 2006, Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Act 1995 and Regulations, and City of Nedlands Local Laws.
