Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late valmai dawn o’callaghan of 16 regent drive, alexander heights, western australia, deceased on 20 june 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to steven james brown and jacqueline ann brown, joint executors, c/- lynn & brown lawyers, po box 1114, morley wa 6943 by 11 december 2017, after which date the executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
