Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on or before 25/04/2021, are required by the personal representative Cheryl Maree Hadfield c/- Lynn and Brown Lawyers, po box 1114, morley, wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims to her by the 20/12/2021, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
