In the matter of the estate of Robert Jack Martin, late of 64 Pier Street, East Fremantle in the state of Western Australia, retired electrician, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 March 2018, are required by the executor Kylie Maree Board, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of 1 Regal Place, East Perth in the state of Western Australia, by 31 October 2018, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
