It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Perth Local Planning Scheme amendment on 26 February 2024 for the purpose of amending clause 36(1)(b), inserting a new Special Control Area under clause 39(1), and inserting Special Control Area 33 in Schedule 8 regarding Royal Perth Hospital Flight Path Protection.
