Delegation to officers of certain powers and functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission under section 16 of the Planning and Development Act 2005. On 14 July 2020, the WAPC resolved to delegate its powers and functions as set out in Schedule 1 to officers of the WAPC and the department charged with the administration of the Planning and Development Act 2005, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 1.
