Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of stuart john ashton (also known as beau ashton), late of [contact details redacted], deceased, who died on 19 july 2017, are required by the executor to send particulars of their claim to her, care of hwl ebsworth lawyers, level 11 westralia plaza, [contact details redacted] 6000 within one month of the date of publication hereof, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
