Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on 23 august 2016, are required by the executor kerry john mcauliffe to send particulars of their claim to the executor, care of hwl ebsworth lawyers, level 11 westralia plaza, 167 st georges terrace, perth wa 6000 (ref: jmc:620201) within one month of the date of publication hereof, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
