In the estate of Anthony Kelly (aka Antony Kelly) late of 1 Skew Road, Bayswater in the State of Western Australia, construction worker, union delegate, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 March 2021, are required by the administrators, Susan Brenda Rutty of Unit 1, 17 Bert Street, Gosnells, Western Australia, Patricia George of Unit 31, 60 Flourish Loop, Atwell, Western Australia and Peter Kelly of 16 Orana Way, Roleystone, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal, PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
