Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice number MA403 as published in the Government Gazette on 3 December 2013 and limit the speed of all motorised vessels to five (5) Knots within the Mandurah Estuary Channel and Mandjar Bay.
