Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 27th day of August 2017, are required by the administrator, Ann Elizabeth Motherway, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of 1 Regal Place, East Perth in the State of Western Australia, by the 19th day of February 2018, after which date the said administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
