Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 2 july 2020, are required by the personal representatives gregory paul duckett and bethanie duckett c/- lynn & brown lawyers, po box 1114, morley, wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 28 december 2020, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
