In the estate of Edna Joyce Stone who died on 19 December 2024, of 116 Monash Avenue, Nedlands, Western Australia. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Administrator of the deceased’s estate being Sara Elizabeth Psoras, care of Lark Lawyers, of PO Box 510, Leederville, Western Australia 6903, to send particulars of their claims to her by 15 September 2025, after which date the Administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator then has notice.
