Attorney General Regulations Amendment (Residential Parks) Regulations 2021 made by the Governor in Executive Council. Part 1 deals with preliminary matters including citation and commencement. Part 2 amends the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005. Part 3 amends the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994.
