In the matter of the estate of Tuaine Daniel, late of 114 Gay Street, Huntingdale, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 21st day of January 2021, are required by the administrator, Leisiana Jane Ngariki-Etini Daniels, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco, in the state of Western Australia, by the 11th day of March 2022, after which date the said administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
