Permission is given for the use of fire in the open air during the restricted burning times for the Shire of Irwin for the purpose of destroying garden refuse or rubbish or for any like purpose. This permission does not apply during the prohibited burning times for the Shire of Irwin. This permission has effect for the period of 5 years from the day on which this Notice is published in the Gazette. This notice only applies in respect of the Dongara Transfer Station, Crown Reserve 26494, Dee Street, Dongara.
