Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Mt Gerard Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Mt Gerard. The boundary of the Mt Gerard protected area consists of Lot 11 on Deposited Plan 92232. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Mt Gerard Site Complex Protected Area Order 1974 is revoked.
