Made by the Hon Michelle Roberts MLA, Minister for Road Safety, pursuant to Regulation 230B(1) of the Road Traffic Code 2000 (‘Traffic Code’). This notice is the Road Traffic Code (Electric Personal Transporter) Notice (No. 2) 2017 and comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The roads and paths marked in red (as depicted in the Schedule as ‘Gazettal Areas’) is declared an Electric Personal Transporter Use Area.
