Made under the Police Amendment (Compensation Scheme) Act 2021 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Police Amendment (Compensation Scheme) Act 2021 Commencement Proclamation 2021. The Police Amendment (Compensation Scheme) Act 2021, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 1 January 2022.
