Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice number MA401 as published in the Government Gazette on 7 February 2012 and close the waters to motorised vessels within the following area—pages beach: All waters within 50 metres of the shore at Pages Beach, Geraldton, bounded in the west and north by specified lines.
