Notice to all owners and occupiers of land in the City of Belmont to prevent bush fires by clearing firebreaks, removing fire hazards, and taking precautions by December 1 each year, and maintaining them until March 31. Includes requirements for land under and over 3000m2, burning restrictions, and rules for solid fuel barbeques. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of up to $5,000.
