Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 against the estate of i.e. m. castaldini late of 89 clifton street, kelmscott wa 6111 deceased, to submit in writing any such claims, complete with supporting documentary evidence to the executor, k. castaldini of 14 hookway crescent, roleystone wa 6111. Any such claims must be received by the executor by 20 june 2022, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
