Made by the minister under section 43. This order is the prohibition on commercial fishing (shoalwater islands marine park) amendment order 2018. This order comes into operation on 1 november 2018. The amendment in this order is to the commercial fishing (shoalwater islands marine park) order 2010. Delete all references to “ marine aquarium fish management plan 1995 ” and insert— marine aquarium fish managed fishery management plan 2018
