Made by the minister under section 43. This order is the prohibition on commercial fishing (Ningaloo Marine Park) amendment order 2018. This order comes into operation on 1 november 2018. The amendment in this order is to the prohibition on commercial fishing (Ningaloo Marine Park) order 2005. Delete all references to β marine aquarium fish management plan 1995 β and insertβ marine aquarium fish managed fishery management plan 2018
