Notice Text

The Council of the Shire of Carnarvon resolved on 23 November 2021 to make this local law under the Local Government Act 1995. This local law applies throughout the district and comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. Repeals previous local laws relating to Local Government Act Local Laws 1998 and Carnarvon Airport By-laws.
