Revocation of Authorisation — Minister for Works
Revokes the authorisation for the Assistant Director, Building Contracting Services of the Department of Finance to act on behalf of the Minister for Works in contract matters.
Notice Text
The Minister for Works, a body corporate under section 5(3) of the Public Works Act 1902 (“the Act”) hereby revokes the authorisation from the Minister for Works dated 16 November 2011 to the person holding or acting in the Assistant Director, Building Contracting Services of the Department of Finance to act on behalf of the Minister for Works in all matters in contracts and any dispute or legal action where the Minister for Works is the principal, defendant or plaintiff. This authorisation does not revoke any delegation or authorisation not expressly referred to in this notice.
