In the estate of Timothy Nils Fiddes late of 5 Bird Street Mosman Park, Western Australia, chef/cook, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 06 December 2022 are required by the personal representative Paul William Fiddes of c/- Greenstone Legal, po box 744, West Perth, Western Australia, 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 18th day of September 2023 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
